Jeffrey Cannon has worked professionally, in the technology sector, since 1987 when he worked as a beta tester for PageMaker 4 in Seattle. The Cannon Group has been serving clients in the Chicago area since 1992. Most recently Jeffrey worked for Apple for five years (two years at the Apple Store and three years for AppleCare) while maintaining a few select clients as a freelancer. Jeffrey has returned full-time to consulting, training, and setting up technology for home and business users.
